  1. Consultation
    We sit down and discuss your precise needs, getting a clear understanding of what challenges you face as a leader and your staff deal with on an everyday basis
  2. Understanding
    We develop a tailor-made programme with key-performance indicators built-in to ensure your needs are met. Whether in-house, remote or a hybrid model, we find what works best for you.
  3. Delivery
    Over the course of one month or one week, Brian personally delivers four two-hour/90-minute sessions to departmental teams, units, or selected groups.
  4. Follow-up
    On completion, attendees are provided with toolkits and a workbook to help them get the most from the programme with Brian providing follow-up support for up to 90 days afterwards

BIOLOGICAL MODULE
Find out how to apply the latest neuro and science-based techniques to both tackle both chronic and real-time stress

Module 1 will dissect the interactive nature of the brain, body, and mind. With a focus on neuroplasticity, polyvagal theory, our immune systems, and how our bodies react to internal and external triggers, you’ll learn how to apply the latest neuro and science-based techniques to tackle both chronic and real-time stress and anxiety. You will also learn about the relationship between the brain with both exercise and nutrition, as well as the neuroscientific underpinnings of my personal 3-min morning routine, called BAG, which harnesses the power of Breath work, Affirmations, and Gratitude.

Module 1 will teach you how to

  • Build a science-based toolbox to navigate stress and anxiety
  • Develop a growth mindset
  • Turn obstacles into opportunities for learning and growth

EMOTIONAL MODULE
Understand how to ause and create space during emotionally challenging events.

Module 2 will focus on emotional resilience, with an emphasis on learning how to pause and create space during emotionally challenging events. This workshop will also highlight the dangers of trying to control what you cannot control, as well as the chain-reactive nature of emotional triggering to uncontrollable events. You will also learn how to avoid emotional burnout by preventing emotional hijackings before they take hold.

PSYCHOLOGICAL MODULE
Learn how to change your relationship with negative self-talk and limiting beliefs.

Module 3 will focus on our thoughts, beliefs, and self-talk. These are all huge forces that shape how we respond to external events – which can either empower us to overcome challenges or hold us back from reaching our full potential. Drawing on psychological concepts such as growth mindset and antifragility, you will learn how to develop greater confidence in yourself and lean into adversity using obstacles as fuel for growth. You will learn how speak to yourself with kindness and self-compassion, and change your relationship with self-doubt, negative self-talk, and limiting beliefs.

Module 3 will teach you how to

  • Bounce back from setbacks
  • Utilise visualisation techniques to develop mental toughness
  • Build a wall of evidence to increase confidence and self-belief

SOCIAL MODULE
Discover how to create boundaries around challenging relationships, and surround yourself with people who will bring out the best in you.

Module 4 focuses on our relationships with others, which can have a profound impact on our emotional well-being and resilience. With an emphasis on nurturing good relationships and removing problematic relationships (both personal and professional), this workshop will highlight the latest research from polyvagal theory, and my recent work with the godfather of this theory, Professor Steven Porges. You will also discover the dangers of people-pleasing, how to create boundaries around challenging relationships, and how to surround yourself with people who will bring out the best in you=

Module 4 will teach you how to

  • Learn how to say no to things that don’t serve you
  • Implement personal boundaries
  • Nurture and enhance existing relationships
